Spring Write the Room Scavenger Hunt

This resource contains 3 spring-themed Write the Room scavenger hunts: Spring Fun, Spring Day, and Spring Things. Each recording sheet comes in three differentiated versions to meet the needs of all learners:

• Solid tracing for pre-writers
• Dotted tracing for students learning letter formation
• Blank for independent writers

Setting up is quick and easy! Simply select the scavenger hunt(s) you want students to complete, tape the picture-with-label tiles around the learning space, and let students hunt for the matching pictures. Using their recording sheets, students find and record the correct labels as they move around the classroom.

This activity is perfect for:

• Independent work
• Center activities
• Early finishers
• Morning entry tasks
• Incorporating movement into learning

You can also mix multiple scavenger hunts at once for extra engagement and practice!
