CVC Decodable Fluency Flip Book

These flip books are the perfect low-prep, print and go phonics resource. Print, cut and staple and your students are ready to put their decoding skills to work! Each page has 20 decodable CVC words with short vowel sounds for each vowel. Each vowel has two pages of fluency practice, plus 3 pages of mixed vowel practice. That is 260 words that your students will practice reading in this book alone!

This resource is a great way to practice the skills just taught during phonics, as a warm up for reading, in small differentiated groups, or to informally assess student mastery.

When setting up these books, you can include all pages and only have students work on certain pages within the book, or you can staple new pages to the back as they gain new skills. As students practice touching and reading, work towards automaticity with each repeated read.
