Soil Layers Flip Book

This Soil Layers Flip Book is a perfect addition to any Project-Based Learning (PBL) unit about soil layers, rocks, and Earth science. The flip book includes four layers that stack on top of each other, allowing students to explore the soil layers step by step as they flip through each section.

Each layer includes:

• A student drawing diagram
• An image of the soil layers
• A tactile representation of the layers
• An informational writing flap differentiated to support a variety of student writing abilities

These low-prep flip books make a great culminating project, allowing students to demonstrate their understanding of soil layers in a hands-on and engaging way.
