Spring Addition and Subtraction Number Line

This resource includes 32 addition and subtraction within 20 task cards paired with a puddle-jumping number line and puddle jumper kid manipulatives to help young learners practice adding and subtracting using a number line in a hands-on, engaging way!

Students will choose a task card, place the puddle jumper on the number line, and “jump” across the puddles to solve the equation, then record their answer in the pond on the task card. This interactive approach helps build number sense, counting on, and problem-solving skills while keeping learners actively engaged.
