Valentine's Day Pattern Building and Sequencing

This resource contains 10 pattern strips with patterns that increase in difficulty. Pattern extension templates and Valentine's Day themed image tiles are also included to extend patterns and build their own. Complete lesson plans are included with this resource to help you introduce the concept of patterns, explore patterns, identify and build patterns, and apply pattern work in the real world. This resource would make a great math center, small group activity, individual practice, morning bin material, Montessori Shelf work, or early finisher activity.
