Blends Spelling No Prep Pack

This resource includes 12 no-prep worksheets designed to help students practice segmenting and encoding words with initial and final consonant blends. The worksheets provide practice with common blend types, including l-blends, s-blends, r-blends, ending blends, and both initial and final blends.

Students will segment sounds, encode the words, and write them, giving them multiple opportunities to strengthen their phonics skills.

Aligned with the Science of Reading, this resource supports the development of foundational phonics skills such as letter–sound recognition, segmenting, encoding, and writing.

These worksheets are versatile and easy to use, making them perfect for whole-group instruction, independent student practice, literacy centers, intervention groups, substitute teacher plans, or additional practice at home.
