Skills Your Child Will Master

Advanced Phonics

Deepen understanding of complex spelling patterns, including r-controlled vowels, vowel teams, long-vowel spellings, diphthongs, open and closed syllables, and more, so your child can decode and spell with increased accuracy and independence.

Multisyllabic Decoding

Learn how to break longer words into manageable parts using clear syllable division routines. This builds confidence, reduces guessing, and empowers children to read bigger, more challenging words.

Morphology & Word Part Meaning

Explore prefixes, suffixes, and base words in simple, child-friendly ways. These small but powerful parts of words with their own meanings help children unlock longer words and understand new vocabulary with ease.

Vocabulary and Comprehension Development

With the use of prefixes, suffixes, base words, and multisyllabic words your child will grow their vocabulary by developing skills that allow them to decode and write these more complex words and understand them in their reading and utilize them to enhance their writing.

Spelling Strategies

Expertly created dictation lists and routines provide your child with ample practice at not just reading these new phonics patterns, but spelling them as well. With thousands of words and hundreds of decodable sentences, your child will be spelling with ease.

Reading Fluency

Move beyond basic decoding toward reading with phrasing, pacing, and expression. Children build stamina, fluency, and confidence as words and sentences get longer and multi-sentence/paragraph reading begins.
